At times we do not have a lot of things "for certain" to help us ground our anxieties.  Know that any of your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. You might feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm.  You might even feel many things at once.  


This Virtual Calming Corner is a place for you to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings.  Just don't forget to take those long, slow deep breaths to keep you in your upstairs brain.
