Meet the counselor

Hi, I’m Jennifer Biggar and I am a School Counselor at Hawthorn Hill Elementary.  I have lived in the Kansas City area most of my life.  I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University (Go Bearcats!) with a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. Ed. in School Counseling.  I went on to earn a Ed. Spec. in Mental Health Practices in Schools from MIZZOU.   

Some fun facts about me: I love reading mysteries, watching Blues hockey & Chiefs football, and I absolutely love podcasts & true crime documentaries! 

I love my job, and I couldn't ask for a better school than HHE.  I became a school counselor to help students reach their full potential.  This will be my 4th year at HHE. I’m looking forward to another great year!
