** PM SESSION: 11:50 am - 1:55 pm
PM BUS WILL DEPART LSN FROM THE FLAGPOLE 11:30, BUS # 225

Summit Technology Academy(STA) offers programming for juniors and seniors in the morning (AM program) and afternoon (PM program).
Transportation is provided both to the career center and from the career center, but students may also use their own transportation after APPROVAL by both LSN and STA.
All students will be given AN ID HOLDER indicating that you are a Career Center student. Please have your badge every day.
STA follows the LSR7 school calendar and will be open/closed on all days indicated on the district calendar.
LSN students are not automatically excused from their career center classes for building activities, i.e. pep assemblies, school testing days.
If STA is NOT open on a day when LSN is open, students are free during STA hours(AM/PM)
If LSN is NOT open on a day when STA is open, students must attend STA during their program hours(AM/PM
STUDENT DRIVERS must obtain a parking permit from STA if they plan to be a student driver.
LATE START INFORMATION - When LSR7 schools observe a late start snow day, AM sessions will be cancelled. Bus riders may still report to school and report to the LMC for the AM session hours. PM sessions will start at their regular time and the bus will leave at the normal departure time. (Students may need to leave their class a bit early to catch the bus)

AM BUS DEPARTURE FROM LSN WEST SIDE OF BUILDING AT 7:15, STUDENTS WILL RIDE BUS # 178 WITH STA STUDENTS, THEN TAKE BUS 208 TO HERNDON.
**PM SESSION: 11:40 am - 2:00 pm
PM BUS WILL DEPART LSN FROM THE FLAGPOLE AT 11:20, BUS # 122

AM students may come to school for their PM classes only, starting with 4th hour, OR, if the student is a bus rider, the student can access the LMC during their normal HERNDON/CAPS hours until their PM classes begin.
If LSN is NOT open on a day when HERNDON/CAPS is open, students must attend HERNDON/CAPS during their program hours(AM/PM)
SOUTHLAND CAPS STUDENTS MUST DRIVE THEMSELVES TO THEIR LOCATION(ZOO OR OTHER LOCATION) WHEN THEIR PROGRAM IS NOT MEETING AT HERNDON. (Instructor will provide information)
Students may drive themselves to HERNDON if they are in good standing to drive with HERNDON AND LSN. Herndon will provide information on parking permits.
HERNDON/CAPS classes do not observe late start FRIDAYS. The bus will operate as it does every day from LSN, leaving at 7:10 and 11:20 for PM students. As well, students are responsible for their own transportation to LSN to catch the AM BUS at 7:10.
If LSN has an inclement weather day on late start Friday and HERNDON/CAPS is NOT in session:
Report to the LMC during the hours you are normally at HERNDON/CAPS. Please follow LMC procedures when using the LMC(sign in/sign out) If you have a 4th hour learning lab/travel hour, go to your LL in Elliott Hall. You are welcome to go home if you have transportation when you are normally at HERNDON/CAPS.
If LSN has an inclement weather late start day on Friday AND HERNDON/CAPS IS in session for AM students:
If the student has transportation and feels comfortable driving, he/she is welcome to go to their program class. However, HERNDON/CAPS will excuse students who do not come. The buses will NOT be running to and from HERNDON/CAPS on two-hour late start days. AM career center students can ride the bus to school on these days and report to the LMC until fourth hour starts. Please follow LMC procedures!
If LSN has an inclement weather day on Friday, late start, AND Raytown IS in session for PM students:
Students will attend PM programs. However, please be aware that the LSN BELL schedule will be adjusted and you may need to leave class a bit early if need to catch the bus. The buses will be running to and from HERNDON/CAPS on these days.

PM BUS RIDERS - Please be aware that students will need to leave their CCC class at 1:50, as the bus returning to LSN will leave at 1:55!
If LSN has an inclement weather day on late start Friday, AND CCC is NOT in session:
