The International School Basketball League (ISBL) is a school basketball league initiated by NIST International School, with the aim of developing basketball programs and providing regular competition opportunities for international schools in the Bangkok area.
The league brings together schools to compete, develop their teams, and create a stronger basketball community through meaningful competition. Today, the ISBL consists of nine participating schools:
NIST International School, King's College International School Bangkok, St. Andrews International School Bangkok (STA), Singapore International School of Bangkok (SISB), Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, Wellington College International Bangkok, Harrow International School Bangkok, Satit Prasarnmit International Programme, and Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP).
The league offers competition across several age groups, including U11, U13, U15, JV, and Varsity.
In 2026, LSP joined the ISBL as a co-founding member of the league, strengthening our commitment to providing student-athletes with meaningful opportunities to compete at a high level.
LSP entered four divisions:
U13 Boys
U13 Girls
U15 Boys
U15 Girls
Through participation in the ISBL, LSP aims to provide our athletes with more opportunities to compete, gain experience, challenge themselves, and develop both on and off the court.
The ISBL follows a round-robin format, where each team plays every other team once during the league stage to earn points and determine the final standings.
On Championship Day, the top-ranked teams advance to the final stages:
1st place vs. 2nd place — Final Game
3rd place vs. 4th place — 3rd Place
