AREA 1. LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE
La Salle Green Hills has established a strong professional collaboration between leaders and stakeholders in achieving the goals and objectives reflective of the school’s vision and mission
School administrators are appointed following a set of qualifications. They take the lead in strategic direction and planning through participative leadership, systematic decision-making and attentiveness to educational development and innovation.
Policy formulation and implementation is an integral part of planning; hence, the school undertakes a multi-sectoral consultation process. In addition, all policies and procedures are contained in the Institutional Operations Manual and in other office manuals to guide all stakeholders of their duties and responsibilities thereby creating a culture of accountability.
