You can either request photo samples online or visit our shop to view the variety of card options and prices available. We recommend visiting in person for the best experience.

A hard copy, photo, or screenshot does not qualify as print-ready artwork. True print-ready artwork must meet specific criteria: high resolution, correct dimensions, and a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Although a scanned copy can be utilized, its quality may not match that of true print-ready artwork.

Artwork must meet the following specifications: minimum resolution of 300 DPI, actual size as required (e.g., name card size of 90x55mm), CMYK color mode, and inclusion of bleed and crop marks.

Design is not included in the quoted price. Design fees start from $18 and may vary depending on the specific requirements.

We accept a variety of formats including PDF (preferred), TIFF, PNG, and JPEG/JPG. AI and PSD files are also accepted, but for AI files, please create outlines to prevent font issues.

In the printing industry, achieving 100% process color (CMYK printing) accuracy is not currently possible with existing print technology. Even with highly skilled personnel and the latest press technology, the printed colors will always vary from the original artwork. This variation level differs among printing companies. Other factors contributing to color variation include the quality of paper stock, humidity levels affecting ink saturation, differences in press/print machines, and discrepancies in monitor displays and color settings (RGB, CMYK). Please note:

• Color accuracy is limited by the printing method.

• While we strive for consistency within each batch, we cannot guarantee color accuracy between jobs printed in different periods.

The printing lead times vary depending on the type of print, and this information is specified on the product forms for each item.
Once your prints are ready, you will receive an email or Whatsapp notification.
You can then choose self-collect or a courier service to collect your items from our shop during our business hours:
Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. 

Our delivery service starts from $18 and varies depending on the size of the item and the delivery location.

Please make sure to pick up your print orders within one month of receiving the notification. Unfortunately, any prints left beyond this time will need to be discarded. 

Our shop is located at 35 Selegie Road, #01-16/17 Parklane Shopping Mall, Singapore 188307.

Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. Goods will be held for 30 days only, and no claims will be accepted after this period. Cancelling a confirmed order will incur a 25% administration charge.

• While we accept materials from external sources, we're not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during printing, photocopying, laminating, binding, or mounting.

• Despite our careful attention to each job, we can't control the quality of external materials or how they interact with our machines.

• LSeprint isn't liable for any design elements or changes not specified in the artwork.

• Please review the Final Artwork details before giving approval.

• Charges apply for any modifications made after final artwork approval.

• Delivery times are confirmed upon receiving approved artwork and accurate client data.

There are no GST and services charges. All prices are nett.

While we strive to provide competitive pricing, our quoted prices reflect the best rates available for the quality and service we offer. We continuously review our pricing to ensure it remains fair and competitive within the market while also sustaining the high standards we uphold. Therefore, the price quoted is the best rate we can offer at this time.

Due to the nature of prints and post-production finishing, lead times are estimates for production. If the order extends beyond the lead time, we are unable to cancel it.

You can easily place orders by emailing or messaging us the following:

• Your ready-to-print artwork in actual size with bleed and crop marks

• The required quantity and material.

• Please ensure full payment is made before we proceed with printing.
  Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not available.
