In our Physical Education program, we emphasize the importance of honoring and respecting the body as a gift from God, understanding that physical, mental, and spiritual wellness are interconnected. Students will learn to value physical activity for overall health, practice age-appropriate fitness skills, and set personal fitness goals. They will develop fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, and throwing, and combine these skills into various activities. Participation in both team sports and individual activities will highlight the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and personal interest exploration, fostering a well-rounded approach to fitness and well-being.
