Choreographer
Mrs. Jones is in her 21st year as a reading specialist here at Lake Shore Central. Her love of dance began at age 3, when she took her very first tap class and caught a bug she still hasn’t shaken! Forty-two years later, she is still tapping every Monday night at Dance Connection in Derby, NY. Mrs. Jones has been involved in the dance world in several capacities including 12 years of performing in her youth, 4 years as a community ed instructor, and for the past 8 years, as a dedicated competition dance mom. Mrs. Jones is also experienced in coaching, choreographing, and judging competitive cheer and has trained volunteer cheer coaches both locally and nationally through the National Alliance for Youth Sports. She served as the costume designer for the LSMS productions of Legally Blonde, Honk, Grease, and Mary Poppins and is excited to be back on the musical team this year, this time, as choreographer. Thank you, Mr. Siekierski, for the opportunity to have some fun and help put on what’s sure to be an “extra” special show!
