Show Choir

Our Show Choir ensemble is an auditioned ensemble that meets outside of the regular school day, dedicated to high-energy performances and community engagement. Members perform at school concerts, community events, and seasonal celebrations - including our annual caroling at the gazebo. 

Throughout the year, we collaborate with guest jazz artists, prepare for our District Jazz Concert, and share music with younger students by singing and performing at the elementary schools. Show Choir is a chance to grow as a musician, connect with others, and represent our school thorugh music and performance. 

This group has high expectations. Members are expected to prepare music with responsibility and dedication. A large part of our success comes from independent practice outside of rehearsal, so committment and self-discipline are essential. 

Auditions: Audition materials will be distributed in chorus rehearsals. Students not currently enrolled in chorus may still be eligible if they are taking two other music classes - please see Miss Civilette with any questions.
