Articulating the Lasallian Guiding Principles, the Declaration of the Lasallian Educational Mission and Lasallian Spirituality, LSCA commits to its Vision-Mission.
Our Vision
Inspired by the Gospel values and the teachings of St. John Baptist de La Salle, we, the members of La Salle College Antipolo bind ourselves and pledge to live by this one Vision and Mission:
We are a Lasallian Catholic institution that educates in faith anchored on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ; contributes to nation-building through the pursuit of truth, justice, freedom, and respect for the integrity of creation; and serves as a pillar of holistic formation and academic excellence in the City of Antipolo and Province of Rizal.
Our Mission
We commit:
to a ministry of a human and Christian education accessible to young people from all walks of life;
to foster relationships based on fraternal respect, inspired by the spirit of nationalism and solidarity;
to nurture globally-competitive students and exemplary, compassionate servant leaders;
and to do all these in the Lasallian spirit of faith, zeal for service, and communion in mission.
Our Core Values
The core values of our organization are those we hold which form the foundation on which we perform work and conduct ourselves. We have an entire universe of values, but some of them are so primary, so important to us that we will abide by.
Core values are not descriptions of the work we do or the strategies we employ to accomplish our mission. They are the basic elements of how we go about our work. They are the practices we use (or should be using) every day in everything we do. The Lasallian Core Values is the fruit of a reflection on the concrete demands of our present situation and on the inspirations, we gleaned from the Scriptures and the life of our Founder. The embodiment of these core values is the way in which we believe we can most faithfully re-live the story of John in the light of the Gospel. The three Lasallian core values of faith, service and communion in mission is an attempt to connect us to the greater story of our Founder and God’s loving plan that makes our story more noble and meaningful.
