Presentation Standards

Labeling:

• Please label your presentation by your PresentingTime_YourCompanyName_Day # _ Presenting Company Stage #

  • • • • • • • • example: 9.15am_YourCompanyNameHere_Day1_Stage 1

                • Sept. 8th = Day 1 / Sept. 9th  = Day 2 / Sept. 10th = Day 3

Format:

• Please use 16:9 (widescreen) aspect ratio

• DO NOT use hyperlinks for videos (AV will not have internet access which means hyperlinks will not work)

  • • • • • Any videos will need to be embedded properly into PowerPoint

Fonts:

• Please use PowerPoint stock fonts. Keep in mind that AV does NOT have the same custom fonts as you. To avoid any errors, please use PowerPoint Stock Fonts or Embed your fonts to your PowerPoint Presentation

• We recommend you use font larger than 12pt. Many viewers may have a hard time seeing small fonts/tight spaced PPTs
