This project is traditionally done using Inventor and then printed on our MakerBot 3d printers, however due to COVID-19 the students learned a new program and created a modified version of the project. Traditionally each part is designed individually and put together as an assembly. The hope is that when we return to Shawnee we will 3d print the castles.

The students got to do an "Up to you design challenge"! They had the ability to view two different websites or use the Engineering student's design challenge project. The level of difficulty was up to them.

This was a design challenge done by all Drafting & Design II and Engineering students. The students were not limited to their supplies and could use anything they had around them, they were able to make a boat small for a sink or large for a pool.
