As your class advisors, we would like to inform you that we are collecting deposits for the Senior Class Trip to Disney World, which is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 - Saturday, March 29, 2025. The final cost depends on the room type chosen by the student. See below:
o Quad Room Occupancy, per student = $1,650.00
o Triple Room Occupancy, per student = $1,700.00
o Double Room Occupancy, per student = $1,800.00
o Single Room Occupancy, per student = $2,100.00
This final cost includes a 4-day, 3-night hotel stay at Pop Century, coach bus transportation both to and from the airport, 4-day park hopper tickets, 2 class t-shirts, and a $25.00 daily gift card (4 total) to be used for meals. We will collect senior trip deposits anytime during the fall. See below for important payment deadlines:
o Minimum of $750.00 due by September 15
o Minimum of $1,100.00 due by November 15
o FINAL payment due by December 6 (depends on room type chosen above)
All senior trip payments are to be made via cash, checks, or money orders. Checks/money orders must be made payable to Lenape High School. When submitting a payment, on a sealed envelope, write "Class of 2025," Ms. Timko, and your student's name. Please also write your student's name on the memo line of your check. Fill out and turn in the attached deposit form in addition to your sealed payment. Checks can be directly handed to Ms. Timko in E-110 during lunch or Mr. Nicastro in the Athletic Training Room. This is preferred! Students can also bring the payments to the Main Office. If you prefer to mail it, please send to Lenape High School c/o Timko, 235 Hartford Rd., Medford, NJ 08055.
If a student chooses not to attend the trip and has paid deposits towards the trip, all money will be refunded if a decision not to go is made in writing to Ms. Timko or Mr. Nicastro by December 6, 2024. After that, replacements must be found in order to receive a refund or trip insurance must be utilized.
We sincerely hope that many of you will choose to attend the Senior Trip. We guarantee it will be an experience of a lifetime and one of the best memories of your high school career!

DO NOT call to try and book since you may not get the student policy/pricing and your policy will not be linked to our school. You must have trip insurance before making the final payment!
After December 15, no refund will be provided by the school unless a replacement is found. Trip insurance will then need to be utilized.
