As your class advisors, we would like to inform you that we will soon begin our collections of deposits for the Senior Class Trip to Disney World, which is scheduled for April 2025 (pending board approval).  The total cost of the trip will not be finalized until late-2024. 



The Senior Class Trip is a great value and consists of 4 days and 3 nights at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.  The cost includes admission to all theme parks, hotel, daily Disney gift cards, airfare, and transportation. 



We will be collecting deposits this spring from Friday, March 1st - Thursday, March 28th AND Wednesday, May 1st - Friday, May 31st.  We will continue to hold collection dates throughout your high school career – usually once each fall and spring.



The final cost and dates of our trip have not been finalized. We will communicate this information with you as soon as it becomes available. For reference, the price of the Class of 2024’s trip is $1,640 plus $81 in trip insurance that is paid separately. That price will most likely increase due to rising costs of park tickets, airline fees, etc. The final price includes airfare, hotel, tickets, transportation, and a daily Disney gift card to be used for meals.



All payments are to be made via checks.  Checks must be made payable to Lenape High SchoolWhen submitting a payment, on a sealed envelope, write "Class of 2025," Ms. Timko, and your student's name. Please also write your student's name on the memo line of your check. Please fill out and turn in the attached deposit form in addition to your sealed payment.  Checks can be directly handed to Ms. Timko in E-110 during lunch or Mr. Nicastro in the Athletic Training Room. This is preferred! Students can also bring the payments to the Main Office. If you prefer to mail it, please send to Lenape High School c/o Timko, 235 Hartford Rd., Medford, NJ 08055



Over the next few year, we will offer opportunities to contribute to your individual account. While this payment is not required in order to participate in the Senior Class trip, you MUST have a minimum of $500 in your account by the end of your Junior Year to reserve your spot. The trip must be paid in full by December 2024. Students will periodically receive statements of their individual account balance throughout their time at Lenape.



If a student chooses not to attend the trip and has paid deposits towards the trip, all money will be refunded if a decision not to go is made in writing to Ms. Timko or Mr. Nicastro by September of 2024.  After that, replacements must be found in order to receive a refund.
