The Sway Baseline Concussion Test is a mobile app-based assessment used to establish a baseline of an individual's cognitive and balance function before a potential concussion. This baseline data helps medical professionals later assess and manage concussions by comparing post-injury performance to the individual's pre-injury state.
If you have not done these things or if your eligible physical (completed after 8/10/2024) is not turned into the athletic trainers at Lenape you may not participate.
Physicals may be dropped off to the main office at Lenape or emailed to knicastro@lrhsd.org and dtyson@lrhsd.org
