*In order to participate in tryouts, every cheerleader must have registered for fall cheer in genesis and have a cleared physical on file with the athletic trainer at Lenape. Use the following website to follow instructions for athletic eligibility. https://lenape.lrhsd.org/athletics/athletic-eligibility-formsregistration
You must also complete the SWAY baseline testing. If you have participated in a sport at Lenape in the past you do not need to complete it again.

The Sway Baseline Concussion Test is a mobile app-based assessment used to establish a baseline of an individual's cognitive and balance function before a potential concussion. This baseline data helps medical professionals later assess and manage concussions by comparing post-injury performance to the individual's pre-injury state.
If you have not done these things or if your eligible physical (completed after 8/10/2024) is not turned into the athletic trainers at Lenape you may not participate.
Physicals may be dropped off to the main office at Lenape or emailed to knicastro@lrhsd.org and dtyson@lrhsd.org
Cheerleaders must attend ALL three days of tryouts in order to make a team.
Tryout materials and information for the 2026 season will be updated by July 1
