Equipment Checkout

The procedures for checking out equipment have been adjusted again for the 2021-2022 school year. Please review the following procedures and then find the resources you will need to checkout equipment.

*Available equipment has been divided - with half being available to sign out on even weeks and the other half being available on odd weeks to allow for proper disinfecting. This will reduce the availability of equipment. Please plan for your need of equipment in advance to ensure availability.

  1. Review the TV Broadcasting Equipment Sign Out Agreement with a parent/guardian and have them sign it.

  2. Check the Equipment Checkout Priority List. If you recently checked out equipment and your name is towards the bottom, wait until later in the week to see if there is availability.

  3. Reserve your equipment in advance on the TV Broadcasting Equipment Reservations form.

  4. On the day you wish to checkout equipment, gather what you reserved from the back of the room and get it scanned. Equipment can only be checked out during your class time or prior to Period 1.

  5. Return your equipment and have it scanned in by the following Monday (or Tuesday if your cohort is not in school on Monday).
