"One of the Bartels traditions is to have a Belgian waffle brunch for friends and family at least once every year. I started this when I was stationed in Belgium with the Air Force in 1991 and have had the brunch for 25 – 35 people at a time in Belgium, Germany, Hawaii, Washington DC, and Texas. Attached is my basic and pumpkin spice Belgian waffle recipe that I make each year."
