Liquid Oxygen Part 2 - Reading and Annotation
What I learned from the ice cream lab was that the dry ice didn't melt, it sublimated, and wasn't made up of liquid, but made up of gas. Also when it was mixed into the ice cream starter, it kind of dissolved.
