1. What has been your favorite event or activity we have done in LIA this year?

• My favorite event we have done this year has been the Taste of the Village. It was filled with cultural food, artifacts, dances, and art. I really enjoyed learning about all of the other cultures and seeing all of the little kids have fun and experience different ethnicities and cultures as well.

2. What is one area of leadership that you think you have grown or improved?

• One area of leadership I have grown in is good influence. I have come to better understand that what I do and say around, not only little kids, but adults and my peers as well, impacts everyone around me wether good or bad. 

3. What is one goal you have for yourself for this class related to leadership?

• One goal that I have for improving my leadership skills is trusting team members with responsibilities and letting them do their jobs instead of doing everything by myself or my way.

My grade right now is a 3. I have mostly 3s and 4s. I only have one assignment that was marked as a 1, but other than that, my grades are good in this class. I really enjoy this class because, not only is it fun to learn a new language, but it is also challenging. I love to challenge myself. One of the most difficult things that I find in this class is adjective agreement. One thing I believe I excel at is memorizing vocabulary and conjugation.
