An important goal of our .3K is to bring awareness and raise funds in support of three special causes. Please consider making a donation to any/all of the local causes below. A donations table will also be set up at the Fun Fest, where you can make donations in support of these special causes.
The Grip it & Rip It foundation
The Grip It and Rip It Foundation was founded in August, 2023, by Ken and Christina Peek. Both educators of over 27 years, this Foundation was formed to support Ken's vision and legacy following his diagnosis of Glioblastoma. The Foundation's Mission is to provide scholarship assistance to high school students wishing to become educators and to provide funding for school educational programs needing financial assistance.
The morley family
Saree is a proud mom of three boys. She and her husband Mike are both teachers in the Liberty 53 School District and share the same passion for helping others dominate life. In February, Saree was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer. Please donate to help raise the necessary money to help with cancer treatments at the Riordan Clinic.

Special olympics Missouri
Special Olympics Missouri is the charity of choice for the Missouri Association of Student Councils (MASC). It's mission is "to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community."
