We departmentalize, which means our students have two or three teachers. They will have one for ELA and another for math. We also switch every other day for science and social studies, except Wednesdays, when our students have both social studies and science. 

This schedule is a great way to acclimate our students to a schedule similar to what they can expect in middle school, and develop great organization and executive functioning skills.

• Birthday treats will be passed out during recess. 

• All treats need to be store bought with the ingredient label present. 

• Please do not send in treats containing nuts. 

• If your child has a food allergy or food related health concern, please send in treats they can have instead for such occasions. 

• Chromebooks and district accounts are LPS property. Students are to use Chromebooks only for school approved uses at school or at home. 

• If a student fails to use Chromebooks appropriately, it may be taken by a teacher or school admin.
