PERMISSIONS & GUIDELINES
Please read the following carefully before registering your child for an after-school club:
Teacher-led club communication will be through ClassDojo. You will receive an invite to ClassDojo if your student has successfully registered for the club. Please provide a cell phone number during registration for this purpose.
Payment is due within 24 hours of registration and must be turned in to the front office. Checks should be made payable to LPCS. The registration is not complete until payment is received. If you are registering for multiple clubs, fill out separate checks for each club.
Clubs require a minimum number of participants to run and have maximum limits. You will be notified if your child is registered. Otherwise, assume your child is on the waitlist.
Clubs can and might be cancelled if necessary. If this happens, you will receive a refund, and the school will notify you via ClassDojo or email.
You agree to pick your child up promptly at 4:40 PM. Activities run from 3:40 PM to 4:40 PM unless otherwise stated.
After one warning for late pick-up, we will ask you to register for Luna Kids Care to avoid further late pick-ups.
No clubs will be held on snow days, school days off, or during conferences.
By submitting the online registration, you confirm that:
You agree to all of the guidelines listed above.
You give permission for your child to participate in an LPCS After-School Club.
You will pick your child up at 4:40 PM following the activity.
You will contact the facilitator if your child will be absent on any club day.
You understand and agree that all club communication will occur via ClassDojo.
You release and hold harmless Littleton Preparatory Charter School, Littleton Public Schools, and the activity facilitator during the club sessions.
You will be available by phone during club dates and times for urgent contact.
You agree to pick your child up promptly in case of activity cancellation.

I RECEIVED A LATE PICKUP REMINDER. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
IF YOU RECEIVED A LATE PICKUP REMINDER, IT MEANS THAT YOUR CHILD WAS NOT PICKED UP ON TIME FROM THEIR AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB. THIS REMINDER SERVES AS YOUR ONE WARNING REGARDING LATE PICKUPS ACCORDING TO OUR POLICY. AFTER ONE WARNING FOR A LATE PICK-UP, WE WILL ASK YOU TO REGISTER FOR LUNA KIDS CARE TO AVOID FURTHER LATE PICK-UPS.
