In my family I have the role of daughter, niece, sister, wife, aunt, grammy and dog mama, all of which I treasure.
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area where I attended school from Pre-K through college. I am an alumni of St Mary’s College of California and Western Governors University.
We moved to Colorado in August of 2007 when my parents decided to relocate and as the only daughter I came with them. I instantly fell in love with Colorado and am still enjoying exploring new places.
My husband and I met in 2013 and married in 2016. Through our marriage I gained three grown children and two grandsons, the oldest is six and is loving being a big brother to the newest member of our family who turned three this summer. I feel very blessed.
In case you were wondering, I came to teaching/education naturally. My maternal grandmother and my aunt were elementary school teachers and my mother was an assistant superintendent in California.
I am very excited about my 28th year in teaching and what the 2024-25 year will bring!
