Work readiness skills are a set of skills and behaviors that are necessary for most jobs. They are sometimes called soft skills, employability skills, or job readiness skills.
These skills include verbal and written communication skills, how to find and apply for a job, time management and organization skills, using reliable transportation, and professionalism skills among others.
