Hello! This is my 13th year teaching at Powell Middle School, and I am honored to work with middle school students! My belief about teaching is simple: we are all able to learn, and we all learn differently. I am passionate about this belief and continue to strive to find the best learning method for students.

My educational background includes a Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Colorado Denver and an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science - Psychology from New York Institute of Technology. In addition, I earned two certificates from New York University in Personnel Practices and Procedures and International Business and Finance.

This year I am the sixth grade resource teacher for Powell, and you will see me co-teaching classes and individually assisting students.
