About Me
My name is Rosie DeMello (formally McKee) and this will be my fourth year at Arapahoe High School! I am the school counselor for all students with the last name De - Hs in grades 9-12 . I am a former basketball and field hockey player and will be coaching Field Hockey again this year - Go Warriors! I am originally from upstate New York but now I reside happily in Denver with my husband and two black cats. I am passionate about working with kids and finding the light in each individual student. I love working with students and helping them with their academics, social and emotional wellness and their college and career goals. Outside of work, I love to do anything outdoors, attend as many concerts as I can and travel whenever an opportunity arises.
Student Appointments
➤ Please make appointments during your off hours or lunch. This tool is great for questions you may have regarding classes, future planning, etc. If you need more than 15 minutes, you can make multiple back to back appointments. There are features for a phone call, in person meeting or google meet.
➤ If you are having an emergency and need to see me immediately - please come to the counseling office! Our secretary, Ms. Vail, will be able to assist you to see myself or another counselor.
➤ Email is a great way to reach me, both for students and parents! I do my best to respond within 24 hours.
