The time has come for you to request Recommendation Letters from teachers! How exciting!

First off, let me tell you a few of the things I need BEFORE you come ask me about a rec letter:

I need AT LEAST one month's notice (this does not include my breaks, like Spring break or Winter break, guys!)

I need FINAL DUE DATES for ALL schools (not approximates)

I need your RESUME - google doc is fine! let's keep things green!

I need your completed RECOMMENDATION LETTER REQUEST FORM (here!)

I need STAMPED envelopes if applicable

I need access on Naviance!

You need my VERBAL agreement before "assuming" I will do a letter for you!

If I complete your rec letter and then you need more letters for specific items (like a scholarship), YOU MUST ASK ME AGAIN! One more time, with as much notice as possible.

I will do recommendation letters IN THE ORDER THEY WERE RECEIVED and ONLY if I have all of the aforementioned items completed.
