Congratulations on your nomination as your CORE Plus student council representative. This year you will learn leadership skills and will be the liaison from student council to your CORE Plus class.
Expectations:
You will be required to attend StuCo meetings, which will be held at 9:15 am on the third Wednesday of every month in room 3040. Note that there may be additional meeting requirements as the need arises.
You will be responsible for sharing any information discussed during the student council meeting with your CORE Plus class.
You will be expected to show CORE values as the StuCo representative and as a role model for all students at Powell.
You will be expected to show cooperative and courteous behavior with your peers and advisors.
If you are unable to attend more than 3 meetings, an alternate representative will take your place. If you know you are going to miss a meeting, please let Mrs. Sheets know in advance.
