8th grade FACS
8th grade students, you will need a pencil and a folder that you will leave in the classroom for the semester.
8th grade Family and consumer science class is a semester long class. Our curriculum for the semester includes: food safety, food prep, kitchen equipment, measurement, cooking and sewing. Our focus is on international cooking as well as, hand sewing and machine sewing.
