1st Grade

Welcome Back and Happy New Year! 1st graders are kicking off 2024 by starting or barred instrument unit. Over the next few weeks students will learn the basic techniques of playing the Xylophones, Metallophones, and Glockenspiels. We will be using these instruments to help practice brand new songs and rhythms. We are also beginning to learn about the basic instrument families such as Percussion, Brass, Woodwind, and String instruments.
