About Miss Meersman

Welcome to Goddard! I am so excited to start this adventure with you! This is my 6th year teaching at GMS, and I love being a Viking! While at GMS, I love coaching 7th and 8th grade track and Wrestling. 

 I graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Secondary Education. I also graduated from the American College of Education with my masters in Curriculum and Instruction. 

Born and raised in Littleton Public Schools (I attended Ralph Moody, Euclid and Heritage), I am looking forward to spending this school year with you all. In my free time I like to be with my family, explore our beautiful state of Colorado and exercise - whether its running, swimming or dancing. I am an Open Championship Irish Step Dancer, and have Irish Danced with my older sister since I was 4 years old - I absolutely love it!  I love all the Marvel movies, and the Colorado Avalanche! (I will take any excuse to talk hockey - GO AVS!)
