Physicals are required (Sports physicals are good for 1 year):

Athletes Physicals must be submitted and uploaded through the new online registration.
OPTIONAL: In order to be an approved carpool driver for students, each individual driver will complete and submit all required driver items through the front office. Please CALL IN OR GO INTO THE FRONT OFFICE TO COMPLETE. You need the all of the following to be approved:
Copy of front & back Drivers License
Copy of Auto Insurance Declarations page (breakdown of coverages)
Online Volunteer Background Check (link attached, please click here)
Note: LPCS Athletics relies on parent volunteers to help transport athletes to games. Without drivers, we can not attend away games. If you think you can be a carpool driver, please sign up to be approved!
Must sign up for tryouts and register, separately. As soon as each seasons registration is open... Please register online in advance and wait to submit payments till after the teams are made and deadlines are set.
