Little Raven SACC Program Information

Before School: 6:30 a.m. – 7:35 a.m. $8.00 per session 2025-2026
Children are given the opportunity to socialize, play board games, do arts and crafts as well as table top toys like legos and magna tiles.

Free breakfast in the cafeteria is an option at 7:35am. Kids will be dismissed to their classrooms at 7:35am.

After School: 2:41 p.m. -6:00 p.m. $24.00 per session 2025-2026
We offer snack after dismissal, if your child will not eat our snack you may send them with their own snack. Children who stay late may need another snack from home. They are always active! After snack we offer centers/creative play in the classroom and gym games. Arts and crafts are always available as well as fun creative play and building materials. Recess will be an option when the playgrounds are completed.

PLC Wednesday (Late Start): 6:30a.m.-8:35a.m.=$8.00 2025-2026 PLC mornings offer the same opportunities as before school students but with more involved activities.

Early Dismissal 11:41 a.m.-6:00 p.m. $24.00 per session 2025-2026
SACC offers care for these extended times. Special activities may be offered on these days.

Non-student days: 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. $51.00 per day 2025-2026
We offer a full day program on teacher in-service and conference days. A field trip may be scheduled and the cost is included in the full day fee. We may also choose to be in house and have an activity brought in like, Magic Rob. An afternoon snack is also provided. Children are encouraged to bring a morning snack.

Procedures

All parents/guardians are required to enter the building to check their child in and out of the SACC program. In order to verify who is picking up each child parents must enter the classroom or SACC area to sign their children out. This is for the safety of the children; it is also a licensing requirement. The State of Colorado Department of Human Services mandates this process and accompanying records. Therefore, only adults may check children in or out of the SACC program. If a child was not signed out, the staff member will call the parents to get verbal confirmation that the child was picked up.

*In the event that we are not in the SACC room upon your arrival, please ring the door buzzer and a staff member will be there shortly to assist you. Do not leave your child unattended. Drop off and pick up is at door #2.

BEFORE SCHOOL-Walk your child(ren) to door 2 at the front of the building, ring call box, speak loudly into speaker who you are dropping off, wait for door to click and then open. Sign your child(ren) into the SCWs tablet.

AFTER SCHOOL An email is sent to all staff every morning with a list of all students attending SACC after school.

Students attending the after school program will be released at 2:41pm. Kindergartners are walked to the SACC classroom by their classroom para. All other students are checked in by a staff member stationed in the main hall as they go to the SACC classroom (#123). Staff in the classroom will also check students in on the tablet. We make sure all students are accounted for. Staff will work with building administration to locate a missing student.

Child(ren) may be picked up at door 2 at the front of the school, ring call box, state who you are picking up, listen for the click to unlock the door. Sign your child(ren) out in the SCWs tablet. Every person picking up must have their own pin #. Pin#s are found in the SCWs account.

Parents/guardians must communicate, in writing any schedule changes, changes in who will be picking up their childor other pertinent information. Program staff must have written authorization from the parent or guardian to release a child to an individual not listed in the child’s SchoolCare Works account, or Infinite Campus. Verbal permission is not acceptable authorization. In the event that a person who is not listed on the child’s emergency records or someone the parent/guardian has not provided written permission for, attempts to pick up a child, we will contact the parent/guardian. If we cannot reach a parent or guardian, the child will not be released. Law Enforcement will be notified of any unauthorized pick up attempt that is not corroborated by parents/guardians of the child in question.

Staff will ID ANY person they are unfamiliar with; please bring your ID. Only authorized adults who are listed on the child’s enrollment records or in Infinite Campus will be allowed to pick up a child from SACC.

Under NO circumstance is any child allowed to walk home unattended from the SACC program.

are filled with a variety of activities and field trips that keep your child(ren) active while forming close bonds with friends and staff. We also build time into the schedule for free play and quieter activities.

Swimming, art, parks, museums, movies, theatre.

Little Raven Summer SACC 2025 will be here before you know it!
Students must have completed their kindergarten year in order to enroll.

We are no longer enrolling incoming kindergarteners.

Students who have completed their fifth-grade school year may still attend the summer of their 5th grade year.
Summer enrollment fee- $50
Daily rate is $51 per child.
