The Littleton Academy Governing Board is comprised of 7-9 parent volunteers who serve the school in 3 year terms. The Governing Board is responsible for establishing and implementing policies that advance Littleton Academy's purpose. Dillon Miskimins is a small business owner and entrepreneur. Prior to purchasing and running his small business, his career was in accounting and finance roles in a variety of industries including healthcare, higher education, and government. He most recently served nine years as the Chief Financial Officer for South Metro Fire Rescue. Dillon has a degree in accounting from Creighton University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
Dillon moved to Colorado in 2013 after marrying his wife, Kalyn, a Colorado native. They live in Littleton with their two daughters Adalyn, in first grade, and Clarke, a future Gator!
Dillon enjoys skiing and fishing in the Rockies, golfing and traveling with his family.
Dillon is serving as the board president for 2024-2025.

Courtney Brewer has 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, growth strategies, and communications for enterprise SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS technology providers. Courtney currently serves as a Product Marketing Director at Microsoft with responsibility for Azure AI Foundry. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Azusa Pacific University and a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Leadership from the same institution. Courtney's learned passion is organizational culture and change management, which she further explores as a seasonal adjunct professor.
As a Denver native and alumna of Cherry Creek High School, Courtney has strong ties to the south metro community. She is married to her high school sweetheart Adam Brewer. They share two daughters; one is middle schooler at Littleton Academy and the other is a LA alumni at Heritage High School. In addition to her professional and academic pursuits, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and she finds joy in traveling, volunteering, and the performing arts theater.
Courtney has been appointed as Governing Board Vice President for the 2025-2026 term.

Victoria Hessman is currently a stay-at-home mom. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge and a master’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. She has an additional credential in Pupil Personnel Service, which she utilized for several years as a School Social Worker. During this time, she counseled at-risk youth individually and in group settings. A key part of her career has been collaborating with teachers and other school administrators in order to serve students needs as well as improve school climate.
Victoria married her brother’s best friend, Brett one year after a spontaneous holiday trip to Colorado. It was here that they fell in love after many years of friendship. They share two daughters (8 & 6) which both attend Littleton Academy as well as one son (4). Six years ago their lives together came full circle when they decided to move their family to Littleton, Colorado.
Victoria has chosen to take on the multi-faceted role of homemaker since her first child was born. She continues to use this flexibility to volunteer in education, South Park community events, and her daughter’s Girls Scout troop and gymnastics team. She prides herself in being available to help wherever she is needed.
Her favorite pastimes include: DIY home projects, hiking the beautiful Colorado trails, thrifting treasures, hosting dinners for her family and friends, and cozying up at the end of the day with Netflix.

Dmitri Melius has spent the majority of his career as a healthcare leader in various operational, strategic and financial roles. He is the Manager of Business Intelligence for UCHealth Urgent Care and Employer Solutions. He started his career in education as a member of the South Dakota Department of Education leadership team, and possesses a strong understanding of the public education system. Dmitri has Bachelor’s degrees in Geology and Contemporary Media and Journalism, and a Master’s Degree from the University of South Dakota in Healthcare Administration.
Dmitri and his wife Brittni moved to Colorado in 2014 and have spent the majority of their time living in Littleton. They have two kids at Littleton Academy in kindergarten and second grade.
Dmitri enjoys all Colorado has to offer and can often be found in the mountains biking, skiing and enjoying all the other things found in the Rockies. When he is not on a bike or on the slopes, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Dmitri is serving as the board treasurer for 2024-2025.

Jenna Clickner is currently a stay-at-home mom. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Development from Washington State University, and a master's degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She worked briefly as an addictions counselor as well as some time in a private practice. She currently volunteers with a global Christian ministry (BSF) teaching in the children's department.
Jenna grew up in the pacific northwest, and after a nomadic college volleyball career landed in Montana for a few years before her move to Colorado. She married her husband Cody, a Colorado native, and they have four children, two currently at Littleton Academy (8 and 7) and two future gators (5 and 2).
Jenna enjoys an active and on your feet lifestyle, which her children happily accommodate. Other interests include some of the following stereotypes, rucking, making sourdough, thrifting, reading, drinking coffee, driving her children to sports, and any time spent with family and friends.
