Rap Lyrics Project CHECKLIST -- Here is your pathway to a decent grade.
Each member of your group will write AT LEAST 16 lines of lyrics, for a total of at least 48 lines for the entire group.
___Your 16 lines needs to include the following characteristics:
___Use no profanity, no sexual references, no drug references
___Stay clearly and concisely focused on your group’s topic
___At least 2 different END RHYMES at the end of lines. Use in any pattern. (Gold and Black)
___At least 4 different INTERNAL RHYMES that are each used at least 5 times throughout your 16 lines. (5 red, 5 blue, 5 green, 5 purple…)
___At least 1 of your lines needs to include a rhyme list: 4 or more words in a row that all rhyme.
___You will need to type your lyrics, broken into the 16 lines. Print this page and underline or highlight your rhyme schemes using different colors, just like on the worksheets we did in class.
