Hi 7th graders! I'm Miss Brisse and I will be your LA teacher this year.  This is my 6th year teaching and my 6th year at Euclid. I grew up in the Littleton area and graduated from Littleton Public Schools. I went to Franklin (Gaskill), Euclid MS, and Heritage HS (GO EAGLES!). I love LPS, and always knew I would come back to teach in this district. I have a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a focus on English Language Arts from Colorado Mesa University. 

I have a rescue dog who is my best girl. Her name is Cool Whip (no, I didn't name her, the rescue did). She is a 5 year old border collie. Fun fact: Cool Whip is deaf! I communicate with her through American Sign Language. My classroom motto is: What would Cool Whip do?

When I'm not in school, my favorite thing to do is play competitive canine frisbee with Cool Whip. I have played canine frisbee since I was 4 years old (that's 25 years of playing frisbee!) To relax, I love to read and watch reruns of The Golden Girls. I can't wait to have an awesome year with you all.
