August 13 Senior Class Meeting during TRIBE.
September 6 (11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the bubble entrance) Herff Jones rep will be at AHS to help place graduation announcements orders, purchase class rings, etc.
October 23 Senior portraits due for the yearbook (click here for link).
October 18 Senior Bios due (there is a space to enter activities at the senior portrait submission webpage).
October 23 Senior Memory Ads Due (click here for information).
January 1 Deadline for the EARLY BIRD discount for ordering graduation announcements. (Click here for link.) Prices will increase after this date.
February 25 Graduation Announcement pick up in the Bubble (10 am - 12 pm)
April 24 Senior Class Meeting during Tribe
April 28 Mr. Arapahoe
May 3 Prom/After Prom
May 14 All fees paid by 12:00 pm in order to pick up cap and gown May 16
May 16 Last Day of School for Seniors; Fun in the Sun Day (11:00 am - 2:00 pm, AHS Soccer Fields)
May 16 Cap/gown pick-up (2:00 pm - 3:30pm, Main Gym - ID required). See additional information below.
May 21 Senior Awards/Convocation 6:00 pm, AHS Theatre
May 24 Graduation Rehearsal - AHS Auxiliary Gym
May 24 Graduation (1:00 pm).
CAPS AND GOWNS PICK-UP
CAPS AND GOWNS PICK-UP
Caps and Gowns will be distributed to graduating seniors in the main gym on Friday, May 16th from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, after senior Fun in the Sun Day. If a senior is unable to pick up his/her cap and gown, please contact Raina Sorensen at 303-347-6049 to arrange pickup. An ID is required to pick up caps and gowns. Friends will not be permitted to pick up caps and gowns for each other. In order to pick up graduation attire, the following will be required:
Complete the Senior Exit Survey
Return all district-issued Chromebooks and power cords to the library.
Return all district-issued equipment/supplies and textbooks to the appropriate Arapahoe teacher.
Payment of any outstanding fines/fees in Infinite Campus.
