We must ask, "How can we plan better to meet the learning needs of each individual student?"
"How are student assets leveraged in instruction?"
"How can we reflect on our own teacher selves and our own biases?"
We have implemented many deep structures to lead to student success. Yet, we recognize these efforts are not enough. We need to move from the "what" of equity talk to the "how" of equity work. Partnering with Dr. Stembridge (@DrYemiS ) would allow teachers to grow with a practitioner who wants to be in the classroom, an opportunity never presented to our deserving educators. We want to move towards creating learning experiences that address the head and the heart so all teachers can state affirmatively,
