Chair for District 3
Leilani McHugh is a member of the CHSSA Board, holding the office of Area 3 Chair. Area 3 consists of the Western Bay Forensic League (WBFL), the Southern California Debate League (SCDL) and the Tri-County Forensic League (TCFL). Leilani has been head coach at Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy since 2008 and currently serves as chair of the NSDA West Los Angeles District Committee.
