Dr.M.Victor Antony Raj is a teacher cum Researcher in physics and Materials Science. He has been teaching physics for 18 years to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He obtained Ph.D in Quantum Chemical Computations of Amino Acid based crystals under the guidance of Dr.J. Madhavan, Dean of Research, Loyola College, Chennai, India-600034. His Current field of research interest is Synthesis and Characterization of Nanomaterials for Photocatalytic and Energy storage applications. Five students have completed Ph.D under his guidance and four more are pursuing. Dr.Victor has organized 3 International conferences and Two National Conference in Materials Science and has been a guest editor of the Journal, Materials Today Proceedings. He convened National Mathematics Day and National Science Day at Loyola college on 8th and 9th March, 2022. He is a member of Loyola Institute of Frontier Energy (LIFE),a standalone interdisciplinary Research institute in Loyola College and Faculty of Department of Physics Loyola College. He has published 50 Research papers in Scopus indexed journals. He is working as Assistant professor in the Department of Physics at Loyola College, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India-600 034.
