Book Club Orders!
If you would like to order from the Scholastic Book Club, please look over the selections and fill out the forms on the back. These prices are cheaper than store prices.
Please make sure your child’s name is on the forms.
Please send in your payment with the forms in an envelope.
Please pay by check payable to Scholastic. If you are ordering from more than one booklet, you need to only write one check with the combined total since they are all from Scholastic.
