Students Pre-K through 4th Grade must go to www.schoology.com. to login. They will enter their MSIS number without zeros and their password is lowndes

They will also need to type in their school name (make sure it is the correct school).

ELA

STUDY ISLAND ELA and MATH - Grades K-12 - you will need to set up an account, but it is free and they say they will never charge your credit card.

Scholastic Reading Grades Pre-K- 9: Provides FREE day to day lessons that you can access at home. Includes articles, Math, and Science and Social Studies. THIS IS A GREAT RESOURCE TO USE!

Teach Your Monster to Read - Early Elementary -Teach Your Monster to Read is an award-winning series of games that’s helped millions of children learn to read.

Wonderopolis.org - All subjects - Elementary Grades - Short videos and readings that answers various burning questions for students. There are vocabulary challenges and comprehension questions.

ABCya - Grades K-6 - Interactive Reading website with activities and lessons.

EPIC - Grades K-6 - Digital Library for elementary students

Math

iReady - Grades K-8 - Reading and Math - iReady at-Home learning packs prepared for each grade level through grade 8 in reading and math.

Khan Academy Grades K-12- Math Lessons and activities by standard. GREAT MATH practice, and there are a few ELA and Science assignments as well!

Prodigy - Grades 1st - 8th Grade Online math gaming platform. Students are working math, but feel like they are playing games.

PBS Math - Grades K-8 - K-8 Mathematics ranges from counting cardinal numbers to linear equations and functions. Students can review the calculation of area using a Cyberchase video, continue on to find the area of combined shapes using a Math Active interactive lesson, and can be assessed on their understanding using Khan Academy. Similar units can be created on topics such as lines and angles, probability models, and the multiplication and division of fractions.

All Other Subjects

CK12 - Grades K-12 Math, Science, STEM. This is an open education website where the resources are free and there are lessons in multiple subject areas and grades.

National Geographic Kids - Grades K-5 This website provides students with games, videos, and other resources focused around world geography.

GoNoodle - GoNoodle® engages 14 million kids every month with movement and mindfulness videos created by child development experts. Available for free at school, home, and everywhere kids are!

Mystery Science - Grade K-5 - Science lessons that engage students.

Typing Club - Grades 1and up - A free website where students can learn to type.

Code.org - Grades 1-12 - Learn to code, which will help you in all subject. Free and fun way for students to learn to code.
