Hello! I'm Wendy Lane, instructional coach at Clyattville Elementary School. With 21 years of experience in education, I am passionate about supporting both students and educators.
I have a bachelor's in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University. I have also earned a reading endorsement, ESOL endorsement, and Teacher Coaching and Support Endorsements. Having taught in both Valdosta City and Lowndes County, this is my 9th year at CES. I have served as a classroom teacher, interventionist, and was CES's Data and Intervention Specialist for 2 years prior to transitioning into my current role of Instructional Coach.
As instructional coach, my mission is to partner with teachers to positively impact student learning outcomes. I work closely with teachers to identify their individual needs, provide targeted support and resources, and empower them to implement effective instructional strategies in the classroom.
I look forward to a great year as our students and teachers learn together at CES!
