Meet Mrs. Whitlatch
I am Mrs. Shelley Whitlatch. I got married to a wonderful man, Dave Whitlatch this summer. I have been a teacher now for 21 years. I love to teach. It has been my passion my whole life. I have taught at LPE for 15 years and taught at Clyattville Elementary for 6 years. I am very excited about now being a part of the Hahira Elementary family now. It brings me joy each day to see students learn and grow and become the special individuals that each of them will be for the rest of their lives. I feel blessed to have been a part of that. I have three children- Chelsea, Meagan, and Brett, one sweet and precious granddaughter, Sophia, a step grandson, Carson, son and law, John, and one sweet grandson expected in October. They are the love and joy of my life. I also am very blessed to still have my mother, Louvenia Hendricks who is also my best friend. My three children all graduated from Lowndes. Chelsea in 2010, Meagan in 2012, and Brett in 2018. I'm very proud of all three of my children.I look so forward each year to meet my new students. It makes my day every day to see the smiles on their little faces when they enter our door every morning ready to learn and excited about a new day at school. Always remember, your child will be treated like I want my child to be treated. I'm blessed to have Mrs. Radney as my parapro and to be part of this HES family!!!!
