When you are helpful, mindful, and safe in all areas of HMS, you are demonstrating the Viking Way! Students consistently demonstrating the Viking Way will have opportunities to become Student of the Month, participate in PBIS celebrations, and be part of a positive culture at HMS. Who's way....the Viking Way!!

HMS Discipline Plan

Step #1 - Teacher and student conference about proper/desired behaviors. How can you improve moving forward?

Step #2 - Definite parent/guardian contact

Step #3 - On Team Isolation

Step #4 - After School Detention (paper will be sent home to be signed and returned)

Step #5 - Office Referral

**Please note this process is for minor infractions. More serious infractions will have a different process**
