Meet Mrs. Parkerson

I have been teaching in Lowndes County Schools for 12 years and am a true Viking. I attended Lowndes High School and Valdosta State University - so I certainly LOVE south GA! I have taught in grades 3, 4, and 1st. This year I will be teaching ELA to the 4th graders at LPE. It is a joy to watch these little students learn to read and become writers. Teaching is my calling and service to God's children. I am BLESSED to be a part of your life this school year!

Not only do I love teaching, but my family is my world!!! My husband, Trent, and I have two beautiful boys. Austin and Parker keep us very busy. We love our church, CrossPointe Valdosta, traveling, playing in our backyard, baseball & golf, eating, and reading together. I also enjoy serving in my community through the Valdosta Junior Service League and ,of course, my church. Here are some of our favorite moments!
