Coach Steve Holley serves as the High School Electives Teacher, VVIP Lead Teacher, and Coordinator of Lowndes County Schools Middle School Athletics. With 26 years of experience in education, he is passionate about building strong relationships with students and creating an environment where they can thrive both academically and personally.
Coach Holley earned his Bachelor's Degree in Health and Personal Fitness from Valdosta State University, a Master's Degree from Troy University, and an Education Specialist Degree from Nova Southeastern University. He has also earned his Tier I Educational Leadership Certificate, further preparing him to serve students, staff, and the school community through instructional and leadership roles.
Coach Holley believes that meaningful relationships are the foundation of student success. His personal philosophy is simple: every student should feel loved, respected, and valued from the moment they walk into his classroom. His greatest reward as an educator is watching students grow in confidence, character, and achievement while helping them recognize their own potential.
Outside of school, Coach Holley enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family. As a proud football family, many of their favorite memories are made supporting and celebrating the game they love. It’s a Great Day to be a Viking! GCL
