Learning Outcomes

This year, you can expect that your child will learn: 

In Kindergarten,  we will be learning about the following:

•  Heart Words

•  Rhyming

• Letters and Sound recognition, 

• Blending sounds to read and write words, and writing sentences 

We will learn about numbers including identifying and writing  numerals, we will be learning  about addition and subtraction within 10, counting to 100 by 1's and 10's. Students will count backwards from 20 - 0, and  counting on from a given number.
