Homework

Every Monday, your child will bring home a homework folder with a homework assignment sheet. Please read it carefully, because it has homework assignments and important class/school information. Homework is not due until Friday. This will give you enough time to complete all assignments before they are due. 

Since homework is extra practice of skills taught at school, your child should be able to complete homework independently or with minimal help from you.

Please check to make sure that the assignments are COMPLETED with NEATNESS and ACCURACY. Your child should put their name on each page.

Each day your child will need to take his/her library books home, read them, and bring them back to school every day.

Homework gives you the chance to talk to your child about what he/she is studying at school, and it gives you an idea of what your child is capable of doing. With help and support from home and school, your child will have a successful year!
