About Me

Mrs. Hand

I was born in Southern California, where I attended California State San Bernardino. While there, I earned a B.A. degree in English Linguistics and a minor in French. When I moved to Valdosta, GA., I attended Valdosta State University, where I earned a Master's of Arts degree in Teaching. Although my first year of teaching was cut short by the Corona virus pandemic, I am excited to get back in the classroom and do what I love!

My Most Favorite Things:

My son Drake and our dog Charlie.

I love to travel. I have been to ten different countries and I can't wait to explore the rest of the world!

I LOVE to read and enjoy collecting books.

I've recently discovered the joy of planting things and watching them grow.
