Saving Sam

The students worked with a partner and received a cup, a paper clip for each, a life saver gummi and a gummi worm. The teacher read aloud a story about how Sam (the worm) was on a boat and did not have his life jacket on - the boat capsized. The students had to work with their partner using the paper clips to get Sam from under the boat and INTO his life preserver. The students had a blast!!!!
